FINDINGS:
Both lungs are well expanded.  Very ill-defined opacity is seen on the lateral
 view only in the posteroinferior lung overlying the lower thoracic spine which
 is concerning for pneumonia.  Otherwise, lungs are clear.  Heart size is top
 normal.  Mediastinal and hilar contours are normal.  There are no interstitial
 abnormalities.  There is no pleural effusion.

IMPRESSION:
Very faint and ill-defined opacity evident only on the lateral
 view in the posterior-inferior lung overlying the lower thoracic spine is
 concerning for pneumonia.
