FINDINGS:
Heart size is normal. Mediastinal and hilar contours are unchanged and within
normal limits. The lungs are hyperinflated with mild emphysematous changes
re- demonstrated. Focal ill-defined opacities are present within the lingula
and right middle lobe, new since the prior chest radiograph, which are
concerning for an infectious process. Other tiny nodular opacities within the
right upper lobe and superior segment of the left lower lobe are better
visualized on the recent chest CT. There is no pleural effusion or
pneumothorax. No pulmonary vascular congestion is identified. No acute
 osseous abnormalities are seen.

IMPRESSION:
Right middle lobe and lingular opacities concerning for infection. Other tiny
nodular opacities within the left lower lobe and right upper lobe are better
seen on chest CT from earlier the same day.
