FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, the tip of the tube is now
 visualized.  It projects over the proximal parts of the stomach and has not
 substantially changed since the previous examination.  No pneumothorax.  The
 other monitoring and support devices are constant, with the exception of the
 fact that the patient has been extubated.  Unchanged appearance of the lung
 parenchyma and the mediastinal structures.
