IMPRESSION:
In comparison to chest radiograph, cardiomediastinal contours are
stable considering marked leftward patient rotation. Or as right lower lobe
linear atelectasis has resolved, a confluent opacity in the left retrocardiac
region has substantially progressed, and may be due to atelectasis with or
without coexisting infectious consolidation. Small left pleural effusion is
also evident. Interval placement of nasogastric tube with tip terminating in
the proximal stomach and side port near the GE junction level.
