FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   The lungs appear somewhat
 hyperinflated with upper lobe lucency and splaying of bronchovasculature
 compatible with known emphysema. The heart is mildly enlarged. There is no
 evidence of edema or pneumonia. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is
 present. Mediastinal and hilar contours appear normal. Bony structures are
 intact.  No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Emphysema without superimposed acute process. Mild cardiomegaly.
