FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest are compared to previous
 exam from .  Single-lead pacing device is seen with lead tip
 in the right ventricular apex.  The lungs are clear of focal consolidation or
 effusion.  Cardiac silhouette is enlarged but unchanged.  Osseous and soft
 tissue structures are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
