FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate a heart which is again top
 normal in size and well-aerated lungs which are clear.  No focal
 consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax is seen.  There is again
 pleural thickening at the bilateral apices, as well as a nodular opacity
 projecting over the left upper lung, unchanged dating back to at least .  Old fractures of the right fifth and sixth ribs are also unchanged.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
