FINDINGS:
Cardiac silhouette size is normal.  The mediastinal and hilar contours
 unremarkable.  Pulmonary vasculature is not engorged.  Consolidative opacity
 within the medial aspect right lower lobe is concerning for pneumonia. Left
 lung is clear.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is identified.  No acute
 osseous abnormalities detected.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower lobe pneumonia.  Follow-up radiographs are recommended after
 treatment to ensure resolution of this finding.
