FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   The lungs are hyperlucent
 suggesting emphysema.  Right super hilar opacity is incompletely assessed.  No
 large effusion or pneumothorax.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is grossly
 unremarkable though calcification of the aorta is noted.  Bony structures
 appear grossly intact.

IMPRESSION:
Left suprahilar opacity incompletely characterized.  Please correlate with
 prior imaging studies in this patient with known lung cancer.
