FINDINGS:
There small to moderate bilateral pleural effusions with overlying
 atelectasis.  There is moderate pulmonary edema.  Underlying infection is
 difficult to exclude.  The cardiac silhouette is difficult to actually
 assessed due the basilar extends opacities although is likely mildly enlarged.
 Mediastinal contours are grossly unremarkable.  The patient is status post
 median sternotomy and CABG.

IMPRESSION:
Bilateral pleural effusions with overlying atelectasis; underlying
 consolidation is difficult to exclude.  Pulmonary edema.
