FINDINGS:
PA and lateral chest radiographs were obtained.  The diffuse
 interstitial pulmonary opacity has rapidly progressed from . 
 There is no dense focal consolidation, or pneumothorax.  Small bilateral
 effusions are present.  There is no pulmonary edema.  The cardiac contour is
 mildly enlarged.

IMPRESSION:
Rapid progression of pulmonary fibrosis on a background of
 paraseptal emphysema.  There has been a worsening of the chest radiograph
 findings compared with .  Given this progression, a repeat chest
 CT is recommended for further disease characterization.  Findings were
