FINDINGS:
There is no focal consolidation or pneumothorax.  Interstitial markings are
 prominent, likely due to mild pulmonary edema.  There is a small amount of
 fluid within the fissures and trace bilateral pleural effusions.  The heart is
 mildly enlarged.  The imaged upper abdomen is unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
1. Mild pulmonary edema and cardiomegaly. 
 2. Small bilateral pleural effusions.
