FINDINGS:
Again seen are perihilar regions of consolidation, right greater than left
 which have slightly progressed since yesterday's exam.  Cardiomediastinal
 silhouette is stable noting  lying cardiomegaly.  Small bilateral pleural
 effusions are again noted.

IMPRESSION:
Persistent bilateral perihilar opacities, right greater than left, potentially
 slightly worse compared to yesterday's exam.  Persistent small bilateral
 pleural effusions.  Findings may represent bilateral infection with
 superimposed vascular congestion and small effusions.  Followup will be
 necessary.
