FINDINGS:
As compared to previous radiograph, the previously placed right
 Port-A-Cath has been removed.  The patient has a right chest tube after right
 upper lobectomy.  Postoperative predominantly paramediastinal consolidations. 
 The tip of the chest tube is projecting over the right lung apex.  There is a
 2-3 mm right pneumothorax and a minimal air inclusion at the location of tube
 insertion.
 
 No evidence of tension.  Normal cardiac silhouette.  Normal left lung.
