FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were provided. Midline
sternotomy wires and prosthetic cardiac valve are redemonstrated. The heart
is mildly enlarged with no focal consolidation, effusion, or pneumothorax.
There is no overt edema, though there may be mild cephalization to suggest
mild interstitial congestion. The mediastinal contour is stable with
atherosclerotic calcifications along the aortic knob. The bony structures are
intact. There is a tiny left pleural effusion noted.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly with mild interstitial edema and tiny left
 pleural effusion.
