FINDINGS:
Lung bases are relatively underpenetrated due to patient body habitus.  Given
 this, no definite focal consolidation is seen.  There is no large pleural
 effusion or pneumothorax.  The cardiac silhouette is moderately enlarged. 
 Prominence of the superior mediastinum corresponds to mediastinal lipomatosis
 as seen on prior CT from .  No definite pulmonary
 edema is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Moderate cardiomegaly without definite acute cardiopulmonary process.  No
 definite pulmonary edema.
