FINDINGS:
Interval increase in right infrahilar opacity as well as retrocardiac opacity
 may reflect right lower lobe bronchopneumonia.  Bilateral lower lobe
 atelectasis is moderate.  No pleural effusion.  The heart is moderately
 enlarged, unchanged.  There is central pulmonary vascular congestion. 
 Surgical clips project over the anterior abdomen on the lateral view.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower lobe opacity concerning for bronchopneumonia and appropriate
 clinical situation.
