FINDINGS:
The cardiac silhouette appears within normal limits. Postsurgical changes
 related to prior esophagectomy and gastric pull-through are present.  There is
 blunting of the bilateral costophrenic angles, likely secondary to small
 pleural effusions.  There is associated bibasilar atelectasis.  There is a
 known right lower lobe hydropneumothorax, better appreciated on the lateral
 view.

IMPRESSION:
1.  Right lower lobe hydropneumothorax.
 2.  Small bilateral pleural effusions.
