FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest are compared to previous exam
 from .  Right-sided PICC is no longer seen.  The lungs are
 clear of consolidation or effusion.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is within
 normal limits.  Dual-lead pacing device is again noted.  Osseous and soft
 tissue structures are unchanged.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
