 Mild pulmonary edema has developed since , worsened since . 
 Opacification at the lung bases could be combination of dependent edema and
 atelectasis but concurrent pneumonia is not excluded.  Small pleural effusions
 are stable since .  Heart size is not enlarged, but mediastinal veins
 are still distended.
 
 ET tube and nasogastric drainage tube in standard placements.  No
 pneumothorax.
