FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   The heart is mildly enlarged.
 Mediastinal contour is normal.  The hila appear congested.  There is subtle
 opacity in the right lower lobe which could represent pneumonia.  Mild
 pulmonary edema is difficult to exclude.  A small right pleural effusion is
 present.  No pneumothorax.  Bony structures are intact.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly with hilar congestion and mild pulmonary edema. Right lower
 lung opacity concerning for pneumonia with small right pleural effusion
