FINDINGS:
Heart size is normal.  Mediastinal and hilar contours are unremarkable.  The
 pulmonary vasculature is normal.  Patchy opacity is demonstrated in the left
 lower lobe which may reflect an area of developing infection.  No focal
 consolidation, pleural effusion or pneumothorax is present.  A BB marker
 overlies the right eleventh rib.  No acute osseous abnormalities are seen in
 the vicinity of this marker.  No rib fracture is detected.

IMPRESSION:
1.  Patchy left lower lobe opacity which may reflect an area of developing
 infection.
 2.  No rib fracture identified.
