FINDINGS:
The lungs are hyperinflated.  Heart size is mildly enlarged.  There is no
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  No focal consolidation is seen.
  rods are noted along the lower thoracic spine.  There is an acute
 kyphosis in the lower thoracic spine with a wedge compression deformity which
 appears chronic, however without the benefit of a comparison study, chronicity
 cannot be established.

IMPRESSION:
1. Hyperinflated lungs.
 2. Wedge compression of the lower thoracic spine, age indeterminate.
 3. Mild cardiomegaly.
 4. No pneumonia.
