FINDINGS:
There is anterior eventration of the right hemidiaphragm. The inspiratory lung
 volumes are appropriate. The lungs are clear without focal consolidation,
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The pulmonary vasculature is not engorged.
 The cardiomediastinal and hilar contours are within normal limits. No acute
 osseous abnormality is detected.  There are multilevel hypertrophic changes in
 the thoracic spine.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
