FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate low lung volumes on PA view,
 resulting in exaggerates the cardiac size and bronchovascular crowding. 
 Better inspiration is seen on lateral view.  No focal consolidation, pleural
 effusion, or pneumothorax is seen.  The visualized upper abdomen is
 unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
