IMPRESSION:
Compared to chest radiographs and , read in conjunction with
 chest CT on .

Moderate left pleural effusion substantially decreased.Small bilateral pleural
effusions are still present. No pneumothorax. Better aeration in the lingula
and left lower lobe is at least partially a function of drained pleural
effusion. Severe consolidation persists in the right upper and left lower
lung zones. Left upper lobe is improved minimally, but right lower lobe has
worsened appreciably. Overall findings air consistent with multifocal
 pneumonia failing to improve.

 Heart is mildly enlarged.

Right subclavian infusion port catheter ends in the low SVC.
