FINDINGS:
Bilateral lower lobe consolidations are worrisome for multifocal pneumonia.
 There is also subtle right apical opacity, new since the prior study which may
 be due additional site of infection. There may be a small left pleural
 effusion. No pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac silhouette remains mildly
 enlarged. Mediastinal contours are unremarkable and stable.

IMPRESSION:
Bilateral lower lobe and right upper lobe opacities worrisome for multifocal
 pneumonia. Recommend followup to resolution.
