FINDINGS:
There is a large hiatal hernia occupying majority of the
 retrocardiac region.  Where seen, the lungs are clear.  There is no pulmonary
 vascular congestion.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is grossly within normal
 limits, noting that it is not well evaluated.  Mid thoracic dextroscoliosis is
 noted.  No acute osseous abnormality is identified.

IMPRESSION:
Large hiatal hernia without superimposed acute cardiopulmonary
 process.
