FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. Enlargement
of the cardiac silhouette persists. The aortic knob is calcified. No focal
consolidation is seen. There is no large pleural effusion or pneumothorax.
While there may be minimal central pulmonary vascular engorgement, no definite
overt pulmonary edema is seen. There are amorphous calcific structures
projecting over the soft tissue along the bilateral supraclavicular, lateral
neck only seen on the AP view, may be external to the patient, correlate
 clinically.
