FINDINGS:
There is a moderate right-sided pleural effusion.  Right upper lobe
 consolidation is again seen.  The left lung is grossly clear besides probable
 left basilar atelectasis.  Cardiac silhouette is enlarged but likely
 accentuated by AP technique.  No acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Right upper lobe opacity compatible with patient's known underlying mass
 lesion with possible associated postobstructive infection and moderate right
 pleural effusion.
