FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. Right middle lobe
opacity silhouettes the right heart border and there is fullness of the right
hilum. Blunting of the right costophrenic angle is consistent with pleural
fluid. No pneumothorax. The heart size appears mildly enlarged. Left chest
 wall Port-A-Cath has been accessed.

IMPRESSION:
Right middle lobe opacity with small right pleural effusion,
which may represent infection or an underlying mass. Chest CT should be
obtained for further evaluation and prior images should be made available for
 comparison.
