IMPRESSION:
In comparison with the study of , there are slightly better lung volumes
 with continued elevation of the right hemidiaphragmatic contour.  Continued
 enlargement of the cardiac silhouette with mild elevation of pulmonary venous
 pressure and bibasilar atelectatic changes.
 The tip of the central catheter heads toward the left side and could be in the
 region of the orifice of the left brachiocephalic vein.
