FINDINGS:
Heart size is normal.  Mediastinal and hilar contours are unchanged with
 calcification of the thoracic aorta again re- demonstrated.  Pulmonary
 vasculature is normal.  Known left lower lobe nodule  measuring 13 mm on the
 prior CT is not well seen on the current exam.  Lungs are clear without focal
 consolidation.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen.  Remote
 right-sided rib fractures are again demonstrated.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.  Left lower lobe pulmonary nodule seen
 on the prior CT is not well assessed on this exam.
