FINDINGS:
Biapical opacities are identified, left greater than right. Although these
were present on prior, they appear somewhat more extensive on the left when
compared to prior exams, extending more inferiorly. Elsewhere the lungs are
clear. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits and unchanged.
 No acute osseous abnormalities identified.

IMPRESSION:
Normal cardiomediastinal silhouette. Biapical opacities which are likely in
part due to scarring however the now appear more extensive on the left.
Dedicated chest CT is suggested on a nonemergent basis to further assess.
