FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are markedly decreased, accentuating the bronchovascular
 structures and cardiac silhouette.  New bibasilar opacities are concerning for
 pneumonia. There is also overlying bibasilar atelectasis with probable
 left-sided pleural fluid.  There is bilateral peribronchial cuffing. There are
 dilated loops of bowel in the upper abdomen.

IMPRESSION:
Markedly decreased lung volumes with bibibasilar opacities concerning for
 pneumonia. Follow up imaging is recommended after treatment to document
 resolution.
