FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, patient has undergone right
 thoracocentesis.  There is dramatic improvement with near-complete evacuation
 of the pre-existing right pleural effusion.  At the right lung bases, along
 the right lateral chest wall, a post-interventional, approximately 1 cm basal
 pneumothorax is seen.  No evidence of tension.  At the time of dictation and
 observation, 7:49 a.m., on , the referring physician, .
 , was paged for notification and the findings were discussed one minute
 later.
 
 Moderate cardiomegaly, no pulmonary edema.  No pneumonia, no hilar or
 mediastinal abnormalities.
