FINDINGS:
In comparison with study of , there is little overall change in
 the appearance of the heart and lungs.  Continued hyperexpansion without
 evidence of acute focal pneumonia, though there are atelectatic changes at the
 left base.
 
 There is subcutaneous gas along the chest walls bilaterally that was not
 appreciated on the prior study.  This information was telephoned to the nurse
 in the ICU taking care of the patient on  at 950 upon noticing the
 abnormality.
