FINDINGS:
Subtle airspace opacity in the medial right lung base, best seen on the
 lateral view may represent early consolidation or aspiration.  There are trace
 bilateral pleural effusions.  There is no pulmonary edema or pneumothorax. 
 The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal.  A chronic appearing left distal
 third clavicular fracture is noted.

IMPRESSION:
1. Subtle medial right lung base airspace opacity may represent early
 consolidation or aspiration.
 2. Trace bilateral pleural effusions.
