FINDINGS:
Subtle opacity projecting over the anterior mid lung on the lateral view is
 not well substantiated on the frontal view and could be due to atelectasis,
 although early/very subtle consolidation is not excluded in the appropriate
 clinical setting.  .  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The
 cardiac silhouette is top-normal.  Mediastinal contours are unremarkable.
