FINDINGS:
There is opacity within the right lower lobe concerning for
 pneumonia.  There is slight downward migration of the right hilus given the
 resulting volume loss.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The cardiac and
 mediastinal contours are normal.

IMPRESSION:
Opacities within the right lower lobe consistent with pneumonia in
 the provided clinical setting.  Followup chest radiograph in  weeks is
 recommended to document resolution.
