FINDINGS:
There is marked S-shaped scoliosis centered on the upper thoracic spine, as on
 prior exams. The cardiomediastinal silhouettes are normal. There is a
 calcified aortic arch. The bilateral hila are unremarkable. The lungs are
 clear. There is no pulmonary vascular congestion. There is no pleural effusion
 or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
