FINDINGS:
The lungs are clear of consolidation, effusion or vascular congestion. There
is apparent enlargement of the left hilum and at the AP window raising
possibility of underlying adenopathy. Cardiomediastinal silhouette is within
normal limits. Osseous structures are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Left hilar enlargement raising the possibility for underlying adenopathy. This
could be further assessed by a contrast-enhanced chest CT. No focal
 consolidation worrisome for pneumonia.
