FINDINGS:
Moderate enlargement of the cardiac silhouette is present.  The mediastinal
 and hilar contours are within normal limits.  Pulmonary vasculature is not
 engorged.  Patchy opacities are noted in both lung bases with mild
 peribronchial cuffing.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is present.  No
 acute osseous abnormalities detected.

IMPRESSION:
Patchy opacities within the lung bases with mild peribronchial cuffing is
 concerning for infection in the correct clinical setting.
