FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were examined.  The heart size is
 normal. An AICD is seen with leads terminating in the right atrium and right
 ventricle. The mediastinal and hilar contours are unremarkable.  B-lines
 and prominence of interstitial markings indicate interstitial pulmonary edema.
 There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  There is no focal consolidation
 concerning for pneumonia.

IMPRESSION:
Mild interstitial pulmonary edema.
