FINDINGS:
Compared with the immediate prior study there is increased pulmonary vascular
 congestion and mild to moderate pulmonary edema.  Cardiomegaly has also
 increased compatible with volume overload.  There is no focal consolidation,
 pleural effusion, or pneumothorax the osseous structures and partially
 visualized upper are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Interval development of pulmonary vascular congestion and mild to moderate
 pulmonary edema.  No focal consolidation.
