 ET tube and nasogastric tube are in standard placements.
 
 Pleuroparenchymal chain suture denotes prior resection at the apex of the
 postoperative right lung.  Unfortunately large skin folds project over both
 sides of the chest obscuring what could be pneumothorax.  There is no pleural
 effusion, pulmonary edema or pneumonia.  Heart is moderately enlarged,
 unchanged.  .
 
 RECOMMENDATION(S):  Repeat chest radiograph with attempts to produce any skin
 folds.
