IMPRESSION:
The nasogastric tube is now Foley included on the image. The tip of the tube
 projects over the pre-pyloric region of the stomach.  No evidence of
 complication, notably no pneumothorax. In the interval, the patient has been
 extubated. The right internal jugular vein catheter remains in correct
 position. Mild fluid overload and moderate cardiomegaly. Unchanged alignment
 of the sternal wires.
