FINDINGS:
Right internal jugular central venous catheter has been repositioned, the tip
 now terminating in the proximal right atrium.  No pneumothorax is identified. 
 The cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours are normal.  Lungs are clear. 
 There is no pleural effusion.

IMPRESSION:
Right internal jugular central venous catheter tip terminates in the proximal
 right atrium.  No pneumothorax.
