FINDINGS:
There is no focal consolidation, pleural effusion, pulmonary edema, or
 pneumothorax.  Hyperexpansion is moderate.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette
 is normal.  The aorta is tortuous and both the ascending and descending
 portions.  The osseous structures and upper abdomen are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
1. No acute cardiopulmonary process.
 2. Tortuous aorta; if there is clinical concern for dissection, chest CTA
 should be obtained.
 3. Moderate hyperexpansion.
