FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate a normal cardiomediastinal
 silhouette and well-aerated lungs.  There is no focal consolidation, pleural
 effusion, or pneumothorax.  There is chronic elevation of the left
 hemidiaphragm and lingular scarring.  The visualized upper abdomen is
 unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
